them for you. We offer 4 kinds of services: House Removals, Office Removals,

We operate 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Our office is also open 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Yes, when hiring us, you selecting on our form how many Movers will you need. By selecting 1 Mover means Driver. Our drivers always helps with loading and unloading your goods. Please select at least 2 Movers when some items might be too heavy or too bulky for one person to carry.
How much does your service cost? How much does your service cost?
You can get a quick quote on our website, it is very easy! Just give the postcode of the pickup and the postcode of the delivery, and then click on Get Quick Quote. When the online form opens, give the requested details and you will get our best price instantly on your screen.
Do you charge anything in extra? Do you charge anything in extra?
We guarantee our price for the estimated time, we start to charge from the moment our van arrives to the address.
But there might be additional charges, for example:
• If the job runs out of the estimated time, we charge in 30 minutes blocks.
• If the work takes longer than purchased, the discount of 10% is not taken into account.
• If you are moving within 10 miles we do not charge for the mileage. If it is more than 10 miles, we charge for mileage £1.5 per mile in addition to the hourly rate. All charges for the mileage are included in the price.
Sometime there might be an issue with mileage, as postcode provided in our form might be incorrect. In that case please contact us as we will need to update appropriate mileage value.
The routes taken will be those advised by our Satellite Navigation, unless you request a particular route.
• Congestions, parking charges and road tolls are not included in our quote. The congestion charge applies between Monday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (£ 11.5). For more information please visit the website of Transport For London.
•After 2 hours we apply a minimum charge, and then you will be charged in half an hour increments of your hourly rate.
•If there is no lift, we charge for each extra floor £5 per helping person. That charge will be already included on your quote.
Please note that we only provide our service up to the 4th floor if there is no lift operating and available for moving the items.

Our professionally trained employees can simplify the moving process by preparing and packing your belongings for the relocations. We guarantee that your items will arrive at the desired destination in exactly the same condition as they were before they were packed. If we notice any damage before packing our team will notify you and will try to remove those damages insofar as conditions allow. This service is offered you with no extra charges when you order our moving service. We only charge for the time we work with you.

No, we don't store your items.

Yes, we do. All of are men are trained and experienced in this field and they are equipped with the necessary tools. This service is included in our basic price! If you want help with dissembling and remounting your furniture, please let us know when getting the quotation, and precise which are the related items.

Our company is fully registered and insured. We work with a carefully selected team of employees; working with trusted men, safety and punctuality are our core values. We respect your belongings and take the best possible care of them.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal and cash. If you choose payment by debit card, credit card or PayPal, please remember to pay at least 24 hours before the removal. If you pay with cash, please pay to our driver before your belongings are unloaded.
If you are moving from outside of London to London we require at least 30% deposit.

For such a short notice please check our actual availability by contacting our office. So we can make sure we can be at your service.

Yes, you can add as many stops and needed, but please give us the additional addresses in advance when getting the quotation.

You can travel in our van when there is only a driver booked and there is no second helping man from our company.

You don't need to be there in person as long as there is a friend or a family member of yours – over the age of 18 – who can let us in at the pickup address, delivery address and at the additional addresses if there are any.

If you want to cancel your booking, make sure to do it 48 hours in advance, otherwise a £ 25 cancellation fee will be applied.
